Orange Mayor Murphy Preserves His City’s Unique Character and Oversees Thoughtful Growth to the Local Economy.
Orange County, CA - July 14 - The Lincoln Club of Orange County presented Orange Mayor Mark Murphy with our Impact Award at our July Board of Directors meeting. This award is to recognize exemplary public servants who are devoted to community efforts benefitting Orange County families and beyond.
Our club has also given a formal endorsement for his 2022 campaign for Orange Mayor.
A lifelong resident of the “Slice of Old Town Charm” city, Mayor Mark Murphy has excelled in leading the city of Orange. In the past few years, Mayor Murphy has placed a focus on ensuring his city navigated its way successfully through the pandemic, trying out strategic methods to save local businesses such as creating the Paseo in Old Town Orange.
Mayor Murphy has stayed true to his pledge to not implement any new taxes and protect Prop 13, keeping his city a financially secure place to thrive. Additionally, Mayor Murphy has a vision to expand community facilities for the arts and thoughtful business opportunities to keep the local economy growing.
For his accomplishments supporting Orange families and business owners, the Lincoln Club of Orange County happily honors Orange Mayor Mark Murphy with the sixth Lincoln Club Impact Award.
